Parking Information
Bridgewater Place is located at Bridge Street and Scribner Avenue. There is a parking ramp attached to the building entrance on Bridge Street and Scribner Avenue. Parking has been reserved for clients on Levels C and D of the parking ramp.
There is an entrance to the building from the parking ramp on Level C. Please note that the parking ramp elevators located by the entrances do not access Varnum’s offices. From Level C of the parking ramp, enter directly to the 2nd floor of the building. From Level D of the parking ramp, use the stairs or parking ramp elevators to descend one level to Level C (the second floor of the building).
Once inside the building, the tower elevators to Varnum’s offices can be found on the second floor of the building. Varnum’s offices are located on the 12th through 17th floors with client reception located on the 17th floor. Please present your parking ticket to our receptionist for validation.

From US-131 Traveling South
- Take the Pearl Street Exit (Exit 85B).
- Turn left on Pearl Street.
- Immediately there is another traffic light. Turn left onto Scribner Avenue.
- Proceed one block north on Scribner Avenue to Bridge Street.
- Proceed across Bridge Street to access the Scribner Avenue entrance to the parking ramp, which is on your right, or turn right onto Bridge Street where the entrance is immediately to your left.
From US-131 Traveling North
- Take the Pearl Street Exit (Exit 85B).
- There is a traffic light at the foot of the exit ramp.
- Proceed straight ahead on Scribner Avenue.
- Proceed one block north on Scribner Avenue to Bridge Street.
- Proceed across Bridge Street to access the Scribner Avenue entrance to the parking ramp, which is on your right, or turn right onto Bridge Street where the entrance is immediately to your left.
